Water Baptism is a great opportunity to publicly declare your decision to follow Christ, and to symbolically demonstrate “dying to the old self” and being “raised to a new life with Christ.” (You can read more about this in the Bible: Matthew 28:19, Acts 10:47-48 and Romans 6:4.)
