Kids Rock: Children (Ages 0-11)
Our weekend services are designed more for teenagers and adults, but Kids Rock children’s program is designed just for ages 0-11! We have a well-trained staff, a loving children’s pastor, and exciting programs each week.
If you’d prefer to keep your children with you in the adult service, that’s great too! We want your kids to feel comfortable joining you in the service; but as you get more familiar with Lifehouse, we’re sure you’ll want your kids to be involved in these great opportunities.
Each of our Kids Rock classes provide an age appropriate Biblical foundation for your children with these 3 things in mind:
- Care: We are confident that even at a young age, your children can learn profound, life-lasting spiritual truths and principles that will establish a foundation for the rest of their lives. That in mind, our volunteers strive to give each child the care and attention they deserve.
- Excitement: Our high-energy team of volunteers prepares an action-packed message each week for your children. Music, multimedia, dramatizations, costumes and crafts are all a part of keeping your kids engaged and excited about what they’re learning.
- Safety: Before children are admitted into the Kids Rock area, a computer check-in procedure is required for each child. Matching ID badges are printed for the parent, the child, and any diaper bags you may bring with you. This ensures each child is safely accounted for, and that only approved volunteers are admitted into the children’s area. All volunteers must pass a background check before serving in Kids Rock. We also have a licensed nurse available during our service.

The Underground: Teens (6th-12th Grade)
Since teenagers feel right at home in our weekend services, we don’t offer a separate youth program at the same times. However, our youth ministry, The Underground, meets 6:30-8 PM weekly at the RCM Facility (20204 Old Forge Road Hagerstown, MD 21742).
This is no glorified Sunday School or teen Bible club; it’s simply a great place for students to connect with their friends and their faith! The meetings combine music, interactive games, and a multi-media message that is God-centered and relevant to teens.
